FHC successfully consulted a 150MW Wind Farm project sale transaction. The Wind Farm, located in Tulcea, Romania, has reached signing between buyer and seller this month. The investor, an internationally operative real estate group with specialisation in retail properties, has started its first renewable energy project in Romania to supply its real estate facilities with green power. FHC is proud to be a part of this small step taken, making the world a better place.

FHC receives an exclusive mandate to market, sell and consult a 150MW Wind Farm project transaction, located in Tulcea, Romania.

Tulcea belongs to the most sought areas for wind energy production due to highest wind speeds and large grid infrastructure.

The total investment of the Wind Farm project is estimated to EUR 220M.

We all hope that EXPO REAL 2021 will be again at the same level and glory as up to 2019. The International Trade Fair for Property and Investment will take place from 11th to 13th of October 2021 at Messe München. FHC intermediated and consulted successfully a lease contract for the new headquarters of an international bio-tech company relocating to Vienna.

FHC accomplished successfully an asset management contract to refurbish and sell an apartment block with 50 apartments in Ploiesti (Mozart Residence). FHC developed the marketing concept and sold in less than half a year all apartments.
